Reasons why I'm having a hard time getting invitees to do hangouts in México;
1- Shy people or uncomfortable to appearing like this in public.
2- Slow computers, pentium 4, centrino or earlier. (we are an emerging country)
3- No webcam. (reinforced due point 1)
4- Small upload bandwidth. (4mb down, 90kb up, now that's asimetric)
5- Old laptop, slow processor and no webcam. (we are an emerging country)
