Apple to Sue CERN over Higgs Boson Apple has sued CERN to block appearance of the collaboration's highly anticipated Higgs Boson in the United States. The Cupertino tech giant is looking to receive an injunction on the grounds that the Higgs Boson infringes on at least two Apple patents.
